Report an AI Concern
Intuizi builds and operates AI systems that produce audience and attribute insights from de-identified behavioural data. If you believe one of those systems has caused harm, behaved unfairly, or is being used in a way it should not be, we want to hear about it.
Anyone can use this channel. You do not need to be an Intuizi customer, and you do not need to know which system is involved. If something concerns you, report it and we will work out the rest.
What you can report
- An inference or attribute about a person that appears wrong, unfair, or inappropriate.
- An outcome that appears to disadvantage a person or a group.
- Output from an Intuizi AI system that appears inaccurate, misleading, or harmful.
- Concern about the data used to build or operate one of our AI systems.
- Use of an Intuizi AI system outside its intended purpose – for example, in a decision about someone’s employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or access to essential services. Our policies prohibit this use.
- Any other concern about Intuizi’s role in developing, providing, or using AI.
How to report
Email security@intuizi.com with “AI concern” in the subject line.
Where you can, please include:
- What happened, and what you observed.
- When it happened, and roughly where or in what context.
- Who or what you believe was affected.
- Any reference, screenshot, or identifier that would help us find it.
Partial information is still useful. Send what you have rather than waiting until you have all of it.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We aim to confirm we have received your report within five business days.
- Triage. The owner of our AI management system reviews the report, decides whether it describes an adverse impact, and assigns a severity.
- Investigation and correction. Where a report is substantiated, we correct the cause rather than just the individual instance, and we record the correction and its verification.
- Response. If you have given us a way to reply, we will tell you the outcome of the triage and what we did.
Every report is logged and tracked to closure in the same register we use for internal findings. Reports raised through this channel are reviewed by management as part of our AI management system.
Reporting anonymously
You may report anonymously. We will still log, triage, and act on the report. The only limitation is that we will have no way to ask you follow-up questions or tell you the outcome.
If you are an Intuizi employee or contractor, you can use this channel or the confidential internal reporting route. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited.
Our standing commitments
These are fixed rules in our AI Policy, not aspirations:
- We do not model, infer, store, or target on ethnicity, race, or religion — and we do not build proxies for them.
- We do not operate an identity graph.
- We do not use AI output to make decisions about an individual’s access to employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or essential services.
- Our AI outputs are probabilistic, and we describe them that way. An inferred attribute is labelled as inferred, never presented as observed fact.
- A person, not a model, is accountable for every output that reaches a client.
