As we explain in our Privacy Policy, Intuizi is a data processing and analysis company that works with sources who place only de-identified or pseudonymized data on our platform. Other than information submitted to use through use of our website, Intuizi does not have data that can be used to identify a particular person, and as such, we would be unable to identify any data on our system as belonging to or describing any particular individual.
The following is intended to satisfy our obligations under the California’s Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) relating to the use of our website.
Personal Data
The following is a list of the categories of personal information which we collect, or have collected, in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the categories of sources from which such category is collected; the categories of third parties with whom we share such information; and the purposes for which we share personal information with such third parties.
Categories we collect:
When using the Intuizi website we may collect your username, password, email address, country, and preferred account type when you register. We wish to clarify that, in this context, your information may be used by Intuizi to contact you for the only purpose of engaging with Intuizi or Intuizi or Affiliates as a business partner. This data is not shared by Intuizi with any third parties except as described below. If you provide your name or email address, we may use that information to send an invitation to you to visit or register with our site or become a business partner with us. Please do not share any personal or sensitive information with us if you do not have the right to share the same or if you are not interested in conducting business with us. We may use information about how you leave our site (e.g. which website you visit immediately after visiting our site). We may use cookies to help us collect and store this information. Please see our Cookie Policy. We do not knowingly collect or disclose sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA.
Sources: The information above is collected directly from you when you provide it to us (such as through registration forms or business inquiries), automatically from your device and browser when you access our website (such as through cookies and similar technologies), and from third-party partners or service providers as applicable.
Purposes of use: We use the categories of personal information described above for the following business or commercial purposes: to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you regarding your account or business relationship, to analyze website usage and trends, to comply with legal obligations, and for security and fraud prevention.
Location information: We acquire location information when you provide it to us or when it is automatically collected through your device or browser.
Sale/Sharing Information: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Rights
Intuizi may disclose the categories of information described above to vendors, such as analytics companies, cloud service providers, and IT support providers, solely for the business purposes of website analytics, service provision, and technical support. These third parties are contractually obligated to use the information only for the specified business purposes and in compliance with the CCPA’s requirements for service providers and third-party disclosures. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Do Not Sell Signal
If an Intuizi Source has transmitted to Intuizi a Do Not Sell signal, we will limit our use of information from that Source and we will act only as a service provider as defined in the CCPA. We honor browser-based opt-out signals as required by California law. We provide a clear and conspicuous link titled ‘Do Not Sell My Personal Information’ on our website homepage and all relevant pages. By clicking this link, you may easily and directly opt out of the sale of your personal information without needing to send an email or take additional steps.
Access and Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions and restrictions, the CCPA provides California Residents the right to submit requests to a business which has collected their personal information: (i) to provide them with access to the specific pieces and categories of personal information collected by the business about such California Resident, the categories of sources for such information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting such information, and the categories of third parties with which such information was shared; and (ii) to delete such personal information.

Additionally you may direct us to stop selling your personal information by contacting us at privacy@intuizi.com. We will need your Advertiser Identifier to process your request. If you do not provide us with the required information, we will be unable to process your request. Please read our Privacy Policy for directions on how to obtain your Advertiser Identifier.
California Residents may designate an authorized agent to make California Requests on their behalf. To do so, you must provide us with written authorization granting the agent permission to act on your behalf, or provide us with a valid power of attorney. We may require the authorized agent to submit proof of their authorization and may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us before we process the request.
We do not discriminate against you
You also have the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising your rights. Intuizi does not discriminate against California Residents for exercising their rights, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices or rates for goods or services, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services, except as permitted by the CCPA.
We do not sell personal information.
